【107】無症状感染者は集団免疫状態にある - 大橋眞

現在無症状感染者と言われているPCR陽性者が増え続けています。このPCR陽性者の数が増えていることを、感染拡大とマスコミは伝えていますが、これは本当でしょうか。
　感染症が広がっていくためには、多くのウイルスを排出する人が必要です。また、周囲の人たちに免疫がない状態の人がいて、濃厚接触した場合には、感染することがあるかも知れません。
　PCR陽性者のウイルス数が公表されることはありませんが、抗原検査キットの検定に使われたデータのウイルス数分布から、ウイルス数が極めて少ない人が大部分を占めます。ウイルス数1000個以下がほとんどです。海外の科学論文でも、ほぼ同じ値です。ウイルス数が100万程度の人は0.6％で、この人たちは発熱などの症状を出している可能性はあります。しかし、排出するウイルスで感染を広げるほどではありません。ウイルス数が1000以下の人たちは、感染を広げることもないし、感染が急に広まった結果でもないと考えられます。いわゆる常在性のウイルスとして保持している人たちです。少数のウイルスを保持しながら、自身の免疫機構と均衡を保っているわけです。この状態の人が集団免疫の形成に貢献していることになります。
　単にPCR陽性者を感染者と呼ぶのは、社会に不安を与え、経済・文化活動を停滞させることになります。ウイルス数が少なく症状のない人が隔離されるのは、憲法の保障する基本的人権の問題にもかかわってきます。ウイルス数が少なく、症状が無い人を感染者というのは、マスコミの責任ではないでしょうか。
