Matcha Langka Swiss Roll Cake (jack fruit)

I tried mixing this flavors and definitely Oishi Desu!💚

Cake:
5 egg yolks
1/3 cup +1 Tbsp veg oil
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup +2 Tbsp cake flour
1 Tbsp matcha powder
5 egg whites
1 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Cream filling:
1 1/2 cup easiest whip cream (pls. check my Christmas Strawberry Cake recipe for the brand of whipping cream powder i used)
swetened langka (jack fruit)
