PCR検査は99%の特異度があるので、ほとんど間違いはない、と勘違いをしていませんか。PCRは遺伝子を増幅しますが、病原体を検査するものではありません。
　現在PCR検査において通常用いられているのは、リアルタイムPCRです。ウイルスの遺伝子全体を増幅するのはなく、100塩基ほどの遺伝子の小さな断片を増やすだけです。ゲノムが3万塩基長の新コロでは、全体の300分の１を増やしています。すなわち、全体の300分の１しか見ていないのです。全体の300分の１が同じだらかと言って、全体が同じであるということにはなりません。全体が同じなら、その300分の１も同じという論理は正しいです。しかし、全体の300分の１が同じだから、全体も同じであるというのは、論理的に誤りです。これは、小学生でもわかる理屈です。しかし、PCR検査は、全体の300分の１が同じだらかと言って、全体が同じであるという理屈で、正当性を主張しているのです。
　PCR検査が正しいという前提で、無症状者が感染源になるという話が作られました。PCR検査が正しくなければ、無症状者が感染源になるという話は成立しません。
　無症状者が感染源になるという話から、マスク、三密を避ける、自粛、新生活様式提案など、様々なおかしな話が出てきたわけです。学校教育も大きな影響を受けています。
　さらに、PCR検査の結果、感染者とされた人が増えてきていると言って、感染拡大というキャンペーンがされました。遺伝子組み換えワクチンという危険性の高いワクチンを国民全員に接種しなければという理屈も、もとをたどっていくと、「300分の１が同じだから、全体も同じはず」という間違った理論が使われてるのです。
　このように非常に単純な形にすると、「PCR検査を感染症の診断に使ってはならない」というキャリーマリスの言葉の真意が理解しやすいと思います。
