The TRUTH About Shadow People

Shadow People (shadow beings) are a real phenomenon. I've experienced this type of paranormal activity on multiple occasions. Sometimes these encounters trigger terrifying fear (including sleep paralysis) and other times they don't.

I've identified two distinct types of shadow beings. Even though they both appear as shadow figures, I've sensed a difference in their energy. I've recognized these types based on the specific feelings that surface within me during each encounter.
