Searching for hairless dog or coyote

A hairless dog or coyote, possibly suffering mange, was reported near the river the other day. I attempted to locate it so that it could be helped, but had no success.Take note, this footage is only 720P, but the drone is capable of shooting in 2.7 or 4K. But processing that video takes too much RAM and disk space, so I don't normally upload footage higher than 1080P.
