Testing a new Ezviz camera, the microphone is terribly BAD

I am very disappointed with those 5 brand new chinese EZVIZ cameras. The sound is terrible, the settings are very messy and the touch screen is useless unless we use a mobile phone app to control it. This one is a S5, the other 4 are S1 a piece of crap.
