Space Game Part 33 - Character Window!

Added a character window so you can see the list of current skills your character has and moved the skills from stations to a skill tree within this window. So you don't need to fly and dock in random stations to acquire skills.

I've removed a lot of the repetitive voicing I kept doing throughout this series. See if I can adapt upon it over each video. Have a good holiday everyone! :)
