It was mistakenly reported on Twitter that the signing of the COVID-19 "Relief Bill," could severly limit POTUS from invoking the Insurrection Act of 1807. THIS change would be unprecedented, as it has been available for every President since 1807.

However,, it was actually changes that Congress & Senate are seeking to make to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), that COULD affectively neuter President Trump & future Presidents regarding use of the Insurrection Act of 1807.
