The FarmFit Facility at Harvest Haven

You would think that farmers get a good workout pitching hay and wrestling sheep, but the Harvest Haven guys found out differently. When Dan challenged them with his CrossFit exercises, they discovered they had muscles that weren’t being used and as a result, could hardly walk after the first couple of workouts.

The next project for Harvest Haven was a FarmFit Facility where our farmers get a well-rounded exercise regimen. Dan takes us on a brief tour.
