2012-02-16 Philly Trip on Independence Fireboat

During our annual Philly trip, we had an opportunity to go out on the Philadelphia Fire Department's Fire Boat Independence. The Independence was going out with Motorola to conduct P25 radio system upgrade coverage tests on the Delaware River.
