On December 23, 1913, the Federal Reserve Act was signed by Pres. Woodrow Wilson, in the White House, in the USA. From now on, the private Federal Bank in the USA (a tentacle of the private Central Bank in Europe/London) started to control and to rule the US financial system, influencing the whole economy and politics of the USA.
