Pakistan and Gender Studies? What the What?

There are two Genders... per science... not "per Katt." This is not hard to figure out. Why don't we know the name of the moron that put this nonsense in the bill? Furthermore, why does it cost so much to teach an adult what a man is and what a woman is? Are they indoctrinating an entire culture with nonsense not supported by science? What is their plan? Where is the transparency? Demand that your Representatives introduce a bill which requires the names of anyone who puts anything in a bill.
