January Market Update

January Market Review of 2021: We're off to a good start. It is still a seller's market, however, if you are a buyer, now is the time to buy. The rates can't go much lower, if at all, and they may go up in the next year. We are down to a 3 week supply of existing homes and a month's supply of new homes.
