Tiffany Dover was murdered

Yesterday the CHI Hospital where Tiffany Dover worked was the scene of a farce where they tried to fake a video with Tiffany and her Nursing staff together, holding boards with the date and a pro vacc message. The actor playing Dover does not resemble her at all and has the wrong colour eyes and even though she has her jewellery. Did they steal it from her body in the morgue?
