車站取名自鄰近公共屋邨恆安邨。
車站有3層，有3個出口，1個島式月台。
有幕門的月台。Platform with curtain doors.
大堂都很寬敞，樓底高。The lobby is very spacious with high ceilings.
地底一層是閘口往恆安邨。

The station of the first phase of the MTR Tuen Ma Line was opened on December 21, 2004.
The station is named after the nearby public housing estate, Heng On Estate.
The station has 3 floors, 3 exits, and 1 island platform.
The basement is the gate to Heng On Estate.
