Why can't you do a full split? If you really want to know the answer watch this video. We did a break down of each of the muscles that are involved in a split, if ONLY ONE of them is tight or weak, the split WON'T HAPPEN. What's worse, you'll keep stretching and stretching, and yet nothing will happen...
