Leonardo SPA/DRS CEO was indicted in Oct.2020. DRS does business with the Pentagon. Sullivan bros?

I look into the CEO of Leonardo Spa an Italian Defense Contractor. It's CEO Allesandro Profumo was indicted in October on charges of false accounting and market manipulation. He is appealing this decision. Leonardo DRS was trying to launch an IPO in the United States. Leonardo DRS, does business with the Pentagon. I look into James and John Sullivan out of Utah, are they brothers, and if so are they both playing two sides of a coin? Is someone using them as pawns in a larger game? John Sullivan was interviewed by Anderson Cooper from CNN and was the person who filmed the shooting of Ashlii Babbitt inside the Capitol.
