Husky Crawls Under Fence

So, we had just bought a new leash for Venus, not realizing that the size was like 15 ft. too long, we set her up and went about her day. Next thing I know I hear her arguing on a side of the house she usually isn't at. When I looked out the window all I saw was Venus with her head underneath the fence arguing with our neighbors walking by for not stopping to say hi.
