Charlie The Pigeon

At the pier today on the OBX with my daughter when we came across this nice lady petting a pigeon. We stopped and chatted for awhile and found out that Charlie lives with a local gentleman but goes wherever he wants during the day. The pier happens to be a favorite hangout of his and he is well known to all of the locals. Talk about cool!
