Belarus 2021, No IMF loan, No Covid Lockdown

The much maligned ( by western media) president of Belarus rejected loans from the global bankers' IMF and World Bank. In return for imposing lockdown and mask mandates his country could have received $940m USD in "Covid relief aid" .
