The DC lockdown is intense at this point. Some anons are going crazy over a countdown that has appeared online. I looked it at it briefly and I think it could just be something someone made to mesmerize anons. That said, it's a count down to midnight leading into the 17th of the month. That is a very reasonable time for an anon to expect something to happen even without a timer.
