National Guard moving into position in front of the Michigan State Capitol Building

Lansing, Michigan - Ahead of possible protests Lansing Police, Michigan State Police and the National Guard are all out today patrolling the streets surrounding the Capitol in Lansing, Michigan.

The city looks like a war zone as hundreds of members of the National Guard were seen unloading rifles, shields and other riot gear. Also, big numbers of Humvee's are lined up outside the Michigan State Capitol as protests are expected later today.
