Unusual - Oil by Boris Plot. Seems to be an Ambulance, Police Squad or an Amazon Delivery Truck. The painting on the truck is clearly Stalin. The words in Russian at the entry mean something like, "Communism Delivered to Your Front Door", & "We Will Liberate You From Unnecessary Social Network Services." I would say it is perhaps a comment on what happened to Parler. The title of the painting is scary: "You Have Become Us, an We Have Become You."
