03 mitsubishi Lancer No start p0335 and p0340 Cam Sensor Support Issue

i bought a lancer that whooped me when trying to fix it for a customer.
now that i was on my own time. i had to figure this crap out.

Now. if you got yourself a 02,03,04,05,06 lancer with both of these codes, not starting up, backifiring out the intake (not all cases, but mine did).
