Carla explains that the messages that they are sharing are general, not too much in dept as we all are different. We have experienced life in a different way, have different cultures, etc.
Words are sounds, sounds are a vibration which reach us in a negative or positive way.
Most of us are using words such as “I need, I must, I should” which is to the body punishing.
Talking positively to yourself is a way of taking care of yourself, loving yourself.
How do you speak to yourself and would you like to change it into a positive way?
