Waiahuaka Cave, located along the Na Pali Coast on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, is accessible only by zodiac raft or kayak. This remote cave is the second longest underwater cave in the world, extending over 350 metres (1,155 ft.). As it has both an entrance and an exit, it is also known as the Holy Water Cave and as the Double Door cave. A fissure in the volcanic rock's roof allows a waterfall to drop into this spectacular cavern.
