Grandson, PURA perfect

Our sweet grandson Eli has struggled from birth. We just received a diagnosis of PURA, which is a very serious genetic condition. This condition was first discovered in 2014. He is one of 300 people in the WORLD. He’s precious, we adore him, he’s PURA perfect.
