Awareness, Love and Light

This is the final lesson in module two of our 2018 online emotional healing training program. In this lesson, I discuss how awareness helps us to heal emotionally by allowing us to fully understand what the problem really is. Awareness can only take place in the present, which is where love and light dwell. I discuss tools for cultivating present moment awareness and why this is so important.
