Cleaning the Freeze Dryer

Cleaning our Harvest Right freeze dryer.

The video shows how we clean the barrel part of the freeze dryer.
I clean the rack part by standing it up in the sink with the wiring connector at the top, to keep it dry, and then I just wipe all of it down using a sponge and paper towels.
