Why Does Planned Parenthood Get Tax Funding?

Planned Parenthood claims that taxpayer funding is crucial to provide necessary health services. However, in the last decade, many of their healthcare services have seen a dramatic decline, while taxpayer funding increased over 61%, from $349 million to $563 million. Their excess revenue overall increased by 188% and abortions increased by 9%.
