Dominion voting machine magic trick#3

Sydney Powell said in the 2020 presidential election that Dominion voting machines were changing votes using technology. I was thinking about what the early prototypes before computers, the internet and thumb drives might have looked like. Perhaps magic was used. I came up with a few methods that votes could be changed using a magic version of a dominion voting machine. This is the third method.
