1969 VW Beetle Generator Part 2

Finished! I have about $30 into this....$100 saved!

At the end, the generator makes a rubbing sound from brushes. I found out that when you run it as a motor, it turns the opposite way it normally turns.
So if you run it as a motor to re-polarize the field, it runs clockwise.
When used as a generator, it is turned anti clockwise.
So: I'm turning it the wrong way and it makes brush noise, however when turned anti clockwise...its quiet.
So, It should be fine.
