ACLJ Secures Major Victory in Georgia Tech Case

The ACLJ filed a federal complaint on behalf of Georgia Tech students, asserting that the school had violated Title VI and had engaged in unacceptable discriminatory practices towards a Jewish student organization. The case has been resolved and GA Tech has modified and changed its policies.
