Konami have insisted that they are not shutting down their gaming division

The video game company - who are behind the hit ‘Silent Hill’ and ‘Metal Gear Solid’ franchises - recently announced that they will be undergoing a corporate restructure in February, and that this will involve them dissolving three Production Divisions.
