De-Crystallizing Raw Local Honey & Wedderspoon Manuka Review

I was gifted a jar of gorgeous local honey that had accidentally gotten crystallized due to cold weather exposure, and I tried dissolving the crystals by submerging the jar in water.

Since the benefits of local raw honey appear to be better or equal to Manuka, I've decided to stick to the more frugal option (even though Manuka tastes amazing!)
