2-4 lb. Ground Meat of choice
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1 Bell Pepper
1 onion diced
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. granulated garlic powder
1 tsp. Dried Basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 cayenne Pepper
24 oz. Pasta sauce of your choice
16 oz. (454 g) mozzarella cheese shredded
3 oz. (84 g) parmesan cheese grated
12 oz. sharp cheddar
15 oz. (425 g) cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
2 large egg
1 box lasagna noodles
