20210127 Redemption - The Daily Summation

For those among us who consider ourselves to be Christians, you know that one of the base tenets of our beliefs, is the idea of redemption.

Looking back at a person's past and ignoring who they show themselves now to be is inconsistent with such an idea.

I can understand expecting someone to pay for "past sins."

That said, when someone has "turned the corner," making them do so (either again, or at all) is probably not wisdom (there are exceptions, of course).

That's what I talk about in this edition of The Daily Summation from Kurt's Religion and Politics.

When I'm able to complete the companion article on the Kurt's Religion and Politics blog, I'll post a link to it here.
