Silverhead - 16 And Savaged (1973) [Complete LP]

Silverhead was a British band fronted by vocalist Michael Des Barres. The band released this album, 16 And Savaged, in 1973 on MCA Records (catalogue number MCA-391).

The album had only limited commercial success in North America and was deleted from the MCA North American catalogues by the early 1980's.

Michael Des Barres also had an acting career; appeared in the movie To Sir With Love and other productions. He later played in other bands, including Detective. Other members of Silverhead went on to play with Robert Plant, Robin Trower, Blondie and other bands, See below for more information.

The audio here is taken from a 1973 Canadian pressing of the original album, which I bought when it was first released.
