Ingredients:

2 cups & 1 tbsp. all purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup evaporated/fresh milk

1 medium sized egg

1 tbsp vegetable oil (unsalted melted butter)

1tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup sesame seeds

Vegetable oil for frying.
