Clinton Co. man facing charges in connection to Capitol violence

Justin Stoll, of Wilmington, is federally charged with making interstate threats and tampering with a witness by threat after authorities said he posted videos to social media threatening to kill "enemy combatants" who would try to stop the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection. Stoll has pleaded not guilty.
