Is this a C130?

Lots of aircraft around the Colorado Springs area... not totally weird since I live near an airport and an air force base... but it seemed there was more traffic than usual. I just happened to capture this big one on my dash cam. Several jets were also in the area, but I did not have the opportunity to catch them on video.
