On our way for dinner we stumbled upon this scene. Never discard any types of medications improperly, especially on a public street during New Years Eve. It can be very fatal to the neighbors, and to the wildlife that dwells there. These are scenes of that afternoon.

This particular scene is for educational learning on photography and videography while on public sidewalks, streets and right of way public access. What your eyes see in public areas cannot be trespassed.
