Is the vaccine weaponised against us?

Covid-19 vaccine is the rage. But it carries no pathogen, has no direct link with covid-19, and the vaccine recipients cans till get the virus, and pass it on. IT looks to me, the jab is not at all a vaccine, but the industry has performed a magic, renaming an m-RNA carrying jab into a vaccine. The real question is - what is the messenger RNA supposed to do ?
