More than meets the eye- Seizures and Salt

90 &: Out is dedicated to the public reading of the Christian Bible. Mark continues his action packed account of the adult life of Jesus of Nazareth with chapter 9. We're halfway through the book, and the action is just heating up.

Jesus is transfigured and his inner circle have no idea what to do with this knowledge. Jesus instructs them to remain silent while also telling him that he will be dead for 3 days. They are confused.
Then there's this boy possessed with a demon that sounds an awful lot like a seizure disorder. However, Jesus moved with compassion, and the boy is healed.
The chapter concludes with an exposition about salt losing its saltiness.
