So Good! Italian Rice Balls "Arancini"

My first time making "Arancini" Italian Rice Balls. This childhood favorite was fun to do, and even more rewarding to eat.
I did add a pinch of oregano and a pinch of basil to the meat for extra flavor. Soooooo Good!
