This part is pretty scary, because the whiskers are scratched on top of all the painstaking previous work. You have to go in bold, no hesitation ... one quick stroke! I'm using a Slice Precision Cutter (ceramic blade). It's my go-to for whiskers. The handle of the new version of this tool looks different, but the blade is the same.
