Marc Elias Sues New York Elections Board for Voting Machine Tabulation Problems

Marc Elias is arguing that there were “substantial errors and irregularities in the conduct of the election” so Elias filed a lawsuit against the New York Elections Board for voting machine tabulation problems.

Elias is alleging that there were procedural problems with the voting process and that the board failed to comply with the state’s election laws.
