WHY aren't conservative voices allowed to be heard in Cultural Competency Plans?

Carroll ISD DDC (District Diversity Council) is a group of 63 students and adults from within the community nearly all that were selected have leftist views. They have written a controversial plan for the district. Conservative parents who oppose the plan as written have been asking to become members of the DDC to ensure the policy that is written for the entire school district reflects ALL of the community. In this video you will hear the DDC adult leaders avoid answering why new adults are not being accepted when they have been adding new students.
