Serikzhan Bilash, a prominent Kazakh human rights activist said: " CCP collect our people from every location for scientific research which involves 500-700 thousands Kazakhstan people caged in camps. The public security people told some Kazakhstan that they had no choice, it's the quota assigned by top leaders, for example this month 1000 Kazakhstan people must be captured, or 2000 or 3000 depending on the different population proportion in different locations.
