Not Your Typical M&P Shield Malfunction

If it doesn't come through on camera very well this issue is extremely aggravating. I now have a $400.00 self defense paperweight that I will have to put into the US Mail system. Hurrah!

I have not gotten to fire the pistol solely because of this problem, however this is one reason I chose the Smith & Wesson over other manufactures so lets hope that the customer service and repair shop are still able to process my issue.
